    Description

    This original oil painting depicts mankind's struggle as he develops his technology represented by the city below and the 'THE FLOWER OF LIFE' he must in equal amounts develop his spirituality represented by the 'THE TREE OF LIFE'.
    On the left side of the tree you can see the symbol for DNA and on the right side the symbol for LSD. also on the upper left side you see a door to the next level , On the right you see myself riding my Leo-dragon painting the tree haven risen up from the smoke of my volcanic young life.

    Concept

    PASSION - CREATIVITY - TENACITY-INTEGRITY - LOVE are the words I live by . I’ve been lucky and blessed that I have been an artist for my whole life and at 69 years old I still feel like I’m just beginning. I am not a one trick pony I am constantly finding new ways to express my art. I’m always exploring new subject matter and new painting techniques. I can do maybe 20 paintings in a particular style then I am done and I have explored it then I need to move and find some other way of expressing myself. This is probably the most defining part of my art career as opposed to other artists t that tend to stick to one style because that’s what most galleries want. As you will see as a post my different paintings the many styles I have explored from surrealism to realism landscape and abstract.

    Does this art work need a frame?

    In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

    Are there other sizes for a similar type of artwork?

    What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

    • If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.
    • If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.
    • If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
